All rental fees are to be paid in full at time of departure. Personal checks will be accepted 1 week before departure only. All payments and deposits are processed at time of payment. You must pay for your rental in full with cash at time of departure or by credit card. Credit card information must be given before any trailers are taken to be used in case of an accident to meet the insurance deductable of $500.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Once a reservation is made a rental agreement must be filled out and turned in right away. This will allow Utah Camper Rentals LLC to review all the information provided to confirm who is renting the trailer and that they agree to all terms. PRICING:
All prices do not include sales tax which will need to be added. Check our website from time to time for any specials daily, weekly, or weekend that might be running.
DEPOSITS:
Utah Camper Rentals LLC requires a $100.00 deposit on all Travel Trailer reservations. This is due at the time of booking. This deposit transfers over to the cleaning deposit when you come to pickup the trailer. The deposit will be refunded within 1 to 5 business days of return, providing the unit is both clean on the inside and outside and no damage has been done of any kind.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $50.00 service charge applies to all cancellations with less then a 30 day notice and no refund after 14 days.
INSURANCE:
All towing vehicles are REQUIRED to have proof of collision insurance coverage.
Utah Camper Rentals LLC WILL provide rental insurance on the trailer for a minimal fee unless your insurance company will give a binder for coverage.
Trailers will not be rented unless you have proof of insurance for both vehicle and trailer.
DAMAGE:
When damage happens to trailers please report it so it can be fixed for the next renters. Trailers show be returned in the same condition they left in. If a tire blows out the cost to replace it is the renters responsibility. Bugs and dirt need be cleaned off the trailer before returning. The inside of the trailer should be wiped down as well. If this is not the case then it will effect your deposit refund.
NON-SMOKING:
All of our rental units are non-smoking.
PETS:
Pets are NOT permitted in any Utah Camper Rental trailers. Deposit will be kept if any evidence of pets are found. We enjoy pets but there are those who are allergic to them and can make their trip miserable which we do not want to have happen.
