All rental fees are to be paid in full at time of departure. Reservation deposit of $200 will be processed during your reservation. Your reservation deposit will go toward your rental balance and a $200 security deposit will be charged 3 days before your rental pickup. If cash is paid you must still provide a credit card in case of an accident to meet the insurance deductible of $800 on all trailers and $2500 on Side X Sides. Side X Sides will have a hold for the amount of $2500 placed on the card 24 hours before pickup. Information listed below covers the basic rental terms but full Rental Agreement is sent to you for your signature when rental is being finalized.
Once a reservation is made all rental agreements must be filled out and turned in right away. This will allow Utah Camper Rentals LLC to review all the information provided to confirm who is renting the trailer and that they agree to all terms. All prices do not include sales tax, damage waiver, or insurance which will included in your final approved quote. Check our website from time to time for any specials daily, weekly, or weekend that might be running.
$200 on trailers and $200 for Side X Sides service charge applies to all cancellations with less then two weeks notice and the full rental will be charged for less then a week notice or no show.
Utah camper Rentals LLC requires a $200 deposit on all Travel Trailer and $200 for all Side by Side reservations. This is due at the time of booking. Your reservation deposit will go toward your rental balance and a $200 security deposit will be charged 3 days before your rental pickup. The deposit will be refunded one week after the rental is returned, providing the unit is both clean on the inside and outside and no damage has been done of any kind.
DAMAGE & CLEANING
When damage happens to a rental please report it so it can be fixed for the next renters. Rentals should be returned in the same condition they left in to avoid any charges. If a tire blows out the cost to replace it is the renters responsibility! Bugs and dirt need to be cleaned off the trailer before returning it. The inside of the trailer should be wiped down as well as the tanks dumped and gas filled. If this is not the case then it will effect your deposit refund.
DAMAGE WAIVER FOR SIDE X SIDE BELT
Occasionally belts blow out and are costly to replace. If a belt blows out while the side by side is rented the renter is responsible for the cost and replacement of the belt. Side by sides are equipted with a spare belt and it’s the responsibility of the renter to return the side by side in the same state it was rented. Utah Camper Rentals has a damage waiver for belts at a fee of $30 for a one time belt replacement. If the belt blows out the renter is responsible to change it but the price of the waiver covers the cost of one belt instead of $250 out of pocket, if a second belt is blown then you will be charged a $250 fee for an OEM belt. The $30 damage waiver is non-refundable if a belt doesn’t blowout.
All towing vehicles are REQUIRED to have proof of collision insurance coverage. Utah Camper Rentals LLC (UCR) will provide a damage waiver on all trailers and rental insurance on Side X Side for a minimal fee unless your insurance company will provide us with a binder for coverage on trailer rentals only. UCR’s insurance is mandatory for Side X Sides! Nothing will be rented unless you have proof of insurance for both the tow vehicle and rental. Rental insurance is through a major national commercial insurance company that specializes in rentals and is well known in the industry. Deductible on all trailers is $800 and Side X Sides is $2500 which the client is responsible for. After the deductible is met then the insurance covers the rest.
All of our rental units are non-smoking. If a trailer has been smoked in then whatever the fee is to get rid of the smell the customer will be charged which can be very expensive.
Pets are NOT permitted in any Utah Camper Rental trailers. Deposit will be kept if any evidence of pets are found. We enjoy pets but there are those who are allergic to them and can make their trip miserable which we do not want to have happen. Your deposit will go toward cleaning walls floors and deep cleaning of all pads and fabrics.
